Married
Jamie Pirkle and Howard Ulrich were united in marriage
Sept. 4, at Harmony Baptist Church in Dawson County. The
bride is the daughter of Mrs. Grace Pirkle of Dawsonville.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Laßue Ulrich of
dimming. Following a wedding trip to Helen, GA, and a trip
to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple will make their home in
dimming.

Swim In Europe
Two Forsyth youths left last week for the “trip-of-a-lifetime”
to Europe as members of the Atlanta Swim team. Kevin
Muir, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Muir, of Sundown, is a sixth
grader at Cumming Elementary and Nikki Morris, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Morris, of Habersham Hills, is a ninth
grader at South Forsyth. They have been members of the
Swim Atlanta team for one and two years respectively. For
two weeks, Kevin and Nikki will stay in homes of host teams
while in England, Scotland, France and Germany. Coaches
for the team are Jim Fraser and Chris Davis.

Probe Fair Is
Slated Oct. 13
One of 40 statewide Probe
Fairs providing high school
students and their parents
with reliable and up-to-date
information about universi
ties, colleges, vocational
technical schools and nurs
ing schools will be held at
Lakeshore Mall in Gaines
ville on Oct. 13. The three
hour fair will begin at 5 p.m.
Probe is the name of the
organized tour which at

from over 200 U.S. non-profit
educational institutions to
shopping malls and high
schools all around Georgia.
