ments to the "Comprehen

Resolution of Forsyth
County, Georgia," adopted
December 10, 1979, as
amended; and,
Whereas, The Public
Hearing authority has been
delegated by the Board of
Commissioners of Forsyth
County to said Planning
Commission;
Now, Therefore, the plan
ning Department does
hereby give notice that on
the 26th day of October, 1982
at 8:00 p.m. a Public Hear
ing will be held in the Com
munity Room, Ground
Floor, Forsyth County
Courthouse, Cumming,
Georgia to consider amend
ments to the aforesaid reso
lution. The amendments are
to add as a permitted use
Quasi-Public Services Uses
which utilize facilities on
permises which are nec
essary for the convenience
and general welfare of the
public such as telephone ex
changes, pump houses,
transformer sub-stations,
pressure reducers, cable
easements, etc., only upon
approval of the Planning De
partment. Such structures
shall be architecturally har
monious with the general
character of the surrounding
area, shall be enclosed by
proper fencing, and shall be
suitable landscaped. These
changes will include the fol
lowing districts: Neighbor
hood Shopping (N-S), Rural
Convenience (R-C), Re
stricted Industrial Re
stricted (M-l), Heavy
Industrail Districts (M-2).
