Miss Webb. Mr. Hansard to wed
Webb, Hansard schedule
rites Oct. 13 in Cumming
Mr. and Mrs. Joel Webb announce
the engagement and forthcoming
marriage of their daughter, Cindy, to
Arthur Vernon Hansard, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Rodney Hansard.
The bride-elect is the grand
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Prodny and the late Ralph W. Hol
brook and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Merritt
and the late Joel G. Webb.
The groom-elect is the grandson of
Mrs. Gladys Pullium and the late
Arthur Martin and the late Mr. and
Mrs. Goel Hansard.
He is a 1976 graduate of Forsyth
County High School and is presently

Laura Free of Roswell and Kenneth
Coleman of Roswell were united in
marriage on Sept. 15 at the home of
the bride.
The Rev. Jerry King performed the
ceremony.
Hal Coleman, soloist, provided
wedding music.
Attendants were Robin Coleman,
who served as the bridesmaid, and
Johnny Anglin, who served as best
man.
The bride was given in marriage by
her sons, David and Jeff Worley.
The bride is employed at the offices
of Dr. Jack Chapman and Dr. Don
Robbins, in Cumming.
The groom is self-employed in Ros
well.
Truett gets
Lanier Tech
cash award
Donnie Truett has received the
Hyatt Award (a SIOO cash award)
from Lanier Area Vocational-Techni
cal School.
The Hyatt Award is given to a
student selected from the overall
graduating class at the school who
has shown outstanding progress in his
endeavor.
Graduation ceremonies were held
Sept. 25 in Gainesville.
Truett is a 1982 graduate of Forsyth
County High School. He is employed
by Bannington Automotive in Gaines
ville.
He is married to the former Judy
rolling of Cumming and is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Truett, also of
Cumming.

ville.
Miss Webb is a 1979 graduate of
Forsyth County High School and re
ceived her bachelor of science degree
in education from North Georgia Col
lege in 1982. She is presently em
ployed by the Forsyth County Board
of Education as a teacher at North
Forsyth Junior High.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct.
13, at 4:30 p.m. at the First Baptist
Church of Cumming. The Rev. B.V.
Franklin Jr. will perform the cere
mony.
The couple will reside in Cumming.
