that on the 21st day of February 1985,
at 5:30 P.M., at the Jury Assembly
Room, Forsyth County Courthouse in
Cumming, Georgia, the Development
authority of Forsyth County (the "Is
suer") will hold a public hearing on
behalf of the board of Commissioners
of Forsyth County, on the proposed

obligation of the State of Georgia or of

the Bond or the location or the nature
of the proposed Project may appear

Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held by the Cumming
Forsyth County Planning Commis
sion on February 28, 1985, in the Jury
Assembly Room, Second Floor, For
syth County Courthouse, Courthouse
Square, Cumming, Georgia, at 7:00
p.m. regarding a proposed "Road
Name Map" of Forsyth County and
the City of Cumming.
The map includes the location and
name of all roads, public and private,
including State Routes (with local
names) and roads within the City
Limits of Cumming. A total of 36 road
names have been changed due to
duplication elsewhere in the county.
A total of 266 roads have been added
to the map to bring it up to date.
Information presented at the public
hearing will be considered by the
Planning Commission in their recom
mendation to the Forsyth County
Board of Commissioners and to the
Mayor and City Council of Cumming,
Georgia.
This map is being presented as a
ROAD NAME MAP for Forsyth
County and the City of Cumming. The
purpose is to identify the location and
names of all roads within the bounda
ries of Forsyth County and the City of
Cumming. It does not identify the
maintenance of any road (State,
County, City, or Private), or the
surface type of the road.
Copies of the proposed "Road
Name Map" are posted and may be
viewed during regular business hours

File No. 14265 in the Superior Court
of Forsyth County, the same being a
proceeding to confirm and validate
the $650, 000 Development Authority
of Forsyth County Industrial Devel
opment Revenue Bond (Eriksen In
dustries, Inc. Project), Series 1985 to
be issued for the purpose of paying
the cost, in whole or in part, of acquir
ing, constructing and installing a
certain "project" to consist of an
industrial facility and related prop
erty in order to develop and promote
for the public good and general wel
fare of the State of Georgia, said
project to be financed by the Devel
opment Authority of Forsyth County
for Eriksen Properties, Ltd., a
Georgia limited partnership, pur
suant to a Financing Agreement,
dated as of February 1, 1985. In said
proceeding the Court will also pass
upon the validity of said Financing
Agreement, a Note, A Deed to Secure
Debt and Security Agreement, an
Assignment and an Assignment of
Lease on connection therewith. Any
citizen of the State of Georgia resid
ing in Forsyth County, or any person
wherever residing who has a right to
object, may intervene and become a
