FmHA has assessed the potential

Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held by the Cumming
Forsyth County Planning Commis
sion on February 28,1985, in the Jury
Assembly Room, Second Floor, For
syth County Courthouse, Courthouse
Square, Cumming, Georgia, at 7:00
p.m. regarding a proposed "Road
Name Map" of Forsyth County and
the City of Cumming.
The map includes the location and
name of all roads, public and private,
including State Routes (with local
names) and roads within the City
Limits of Cumming. A total of 36 road
names have been changed due to
duplication elsewhere in the county.
A total of 266 roads have been added
to the map to bring it up to date.
Information presented at the public
hearing will be considered by the
Planning Commission in their recom
mendation to the Forsyth County
Board of Commissioners and to the
Mayor and City Council of Cumming,
Georgia.
This map is being presented as a
ROAD NAME MAP for Forsyth
County and the City of Cumming. The
purpose is to identify the location and
names of all roads within the bounda
ries of Forsyth County and the City of
Cumming. It does not identify the
maintenance of any road (State,
County, City, or Private), or the
surface type of the road.
Copies of the proposed "Road
Name Map" are posted and may be
viewed during regular business hours

County (the "Authority") on March

not more than $750,000 principal
amount Development Authority of
Forsyth County Industrial Devel
opment Revenue Bond (Lovell Pro

hearing is required by the Tax Equity
and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982.
The following information is pro

gotiations as to terms may be under
taken subsequent to receipt of
theproposals. Proposals may be pre
sented in many alternative forms as
desired. Prospective lessors may
condition proposals upon the number
of vehicles ultimately leased. The
governing authority will make the
decision as to the number of vehicles
to be leased based upon the proposals
received. It is anticipated that the
total number of vehicles will be ten
(10).
Prospective lessors are expected to
purchase and provide the vehicles to
Forsyth County. Title will remain in
lessor. The term of the lease will be
for the remainder of calendar year
1985 with option to renew for the
calendar year of 1986, with option to
renew during the calendar year 1987,
with option to renew for such portion
of calendar year 1988 to achieve a
total lease term 36 months in length.
The county shall have the option to
purchase the vehicles at the end of
the lease term for nominal consider
ation.
The lessee shall be required to
maintain collision and liability insur
ance and responsible for warranty
repairs and repairs of manufacturing
defects shall be those of manufac
turer. Responsibility for vehicle re
pair not covered by manufacturer's
warranty or not resulting from man
ufacturing defects shall be that of the
county.
Prospective lessors should include
within the bid proposals anticipated
earliest date of delivery.
Payments will be made on a
monthly basis with cancellation of the
lease if funds are not appropriated for
such purpose by the governing au
thority of Forsyth County. No down
payment will be required upon
delivery except for initial monthly
payment. Buy-out prices will be in
cluded in the proposal which may be
exercised by the county at the end of
calendar year 1985, 1986 and 1987.
No mileage restriction shall be
placed on the vehicles over the term
of the lease.
Vehicles specifications shall con
form to STATE OF GEORGIA,
SPECIFICATION, MODEL YEAR
1984 and 1985 SEDAN, POLICE PUR
SUIT, FOUR DOOR. Pursuant to
which current Statewide Contract.
Copies of these specifications are
available in the Office of the Board of
Commissioners, Room 120, Forsyth
County Courthouse.
Proposals may contain variations
in the above requirements in all par-I
ticulars.
