WHEREAS, on the 21st day of Sep
tember, 1983, Sandra M. Jordan
a/k/a Sandra Jordan ("Debtor"), did
execute and deliver to Bank of Cum
ming,. a banking corporation, now
known as Bank South,
N.A.("LENDER"), a certain Secu
rity Deed and Agreement (the "Secu
rity Deed"), conveying that certain
improved tract or parcel of real es
tate described on Exhibit "A" at
tached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference (the "Prop
erty").
WHEREAS, the Security Deed was
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Forsyth County,
Georgia, in Deed Book 249, Page 103,
Forsyth County, Georgia, records.
WHEREAS, the Security Deed was
given to secure (i) an indebtedness in
the original principal amount of Fifty
Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty
and no/100 ($52,350.00) Dollars evi
dence by a Promissory Note (the
"Note") dated September 21, 1983,
bearing interest and default interest
and payable on the terms and condi
tions specified therein, (ii) any and
all renewal or renewals, extension or
extensions, modification or modifica
tions thereof, and substitution or sub
stitutions therefore, either in whole or
in part and (iii) all indebtedness then
or thereafter owing by Debtor to
Lender, however or whenever cre
ated, incurred, arising or due or to
become due, and any and all renewal
or renewals, extension or extensions,
modification or modifications of and
substitution or substitutions for, said
indebtedness, either in whole or in
part.
NOW, THEREFORE, according to
the terms of the Security Deed and
the laws in such cases made and
provided, the undersigned will expose
the Property for sale to the highest
bidder for cash on the first Tuesday in
November, 1985, between the legal
hours of sale, before the Courthouse
door in Forsyth County, Georgia, said
sale to continue from day to day
thereafter until the Property is sold.
The Property will be sold with any
and all buildings, improvements, fix
tures, appurtenances and easements
attached to, placed upon, or apper
taining to the Property and with any
and all furnishings, fixtures, equip
ment, supplies, machine and per
sonal property of any nature
whatsoever, located on or used in
connection with the Property. The
Property will be sold as the property
of Debtor subject to all unpaid liens
or judgments of record, taxes and
assessments against the Property, if
any, and it is believed that Debtor
may be the party in possession of the
Property.
The indebtedness evidence by the
Note and secured by the Security
Deed has been and is hereby declared
due and immediately payable be
cause of default in the payment of the
principal and interest due under the
Note. The proceeds from the sale will
be applied to the payment of all
indebtedness secured by the Security
Deed, to taxes, assessments, and
premiums of insurance which may
have bean paid by the undersigned on
behalf of Debtor and to all expenses
of the sale, with the remainder, if
any, to be paid as provided by law.

had begun all roof work of all school

Mr. Otwell for the job he has done

January. We would also like to com
mend the Principals for the excellent
job they are doing.
2. Upon reccommendation of the last
Grand Jury, we the Grand Jurors of
the July, 1985 Term of duty investi
gated the progress of the proposed
new Health Department building and
found the progress continuing.
