rity Deed additionally secures the
payment of a certain Promissory
Note from KENNETH A. SMITH to
RICHARD DENNIS dated August 20,
1985, in the amount of $10,000.00.
By virtue of power of sale con
tained in said Security Deed, there

public outcry, to the highest bidder,
for cash, before the Courthouse Door
of Forsyth County, Georgia, within
the legal hours of sale on the first

tered Surveyor No. 1625, and as more
particularly described in a certain
Warranty Deed from Sharon R.
Chance to Kenneth A. Smith recorded
in Deed Book 189, page 478, Forsyth
County Records, which description is
incorporated herein by reference.
The indebtednesses secured by said
Security Deed have been and are
hereby declared due because of non
payment thereof. The indebtednesses
remaining in default, the sale will be
made for the purpose of paying the
same and all expenses of this sale.

property of KENNETH A. SMITH,
and subject to outstanding ad val
orem taxes and other liens and en
