affidavit in support thereof having been read and
considered, the Court finds that the Plaintiff has
made diligent efforts to perfect personal service
upon the Defendant, TOM SLETTELAND, who is
subject to the jurisdiction of Georgia, but who can
not be found in the State.
THE RE FOR E, it is the order of the Court pursu
ant toGa. Code Ann. Section 9-11-4(e) and 9-11 4(i),
that, in lieu of personal service upon the Defen
dant, Defendant may be served by publication and
by mail in accordance with said Ga. Code Section
9-11 4(e) and 9-1 l-4(i).

Records, conveying the after-described property
to secure a Note in the original principal amount of
FORTY NINE THOUSAND & NO/100 DOLLARS

The Public Hearing will be held in the Jury Assem
bly/Commissioners Meeting Room on the Second
Floor of the Forsyth County Courthouse.
The Public Hearing is to receive public input con
cerning an application filed by The Russell Corpo
ration (River Lakes) for the issuance of a Certifi
cate under the provisions of the Metropolitan
River Protection Act. The application has been re
viewed by the Georgia Mountains Planning and
Development Commission.
