person with a spinal cord
injury educates students on
avoiding violence and promot

hunting, bicycle riding to
reduce the number of spinal
cord and brain injuries.

second Monday of each month

County Health Department.

registered dietitian and a reg

program assists people in
gaining skills and knowledge
to help control diabetes and
their general health. This
month’s program is on nutri
tion and the guest speaker will
offer various programs, espe
cially for diabetes who tradi
tionally cannot get any type of

and participants will be taken
on a first-come basis.
