Children’s Diabetes
Support Group
... Do you have a school
age child with diabetes? I am
interested in forming a fellow
ship group for children and
their parents coping with this
disease. The idea is to get
together periodically for fun
events, fundraising and dia
betes advocacy work and,
most important, to let the chil
dren know they are not tack
ling this alone.
We can divide the group by
age if appropriate. This is also
a great way for teenage dia
betics to pick up some
babysitting jobs.
