Ordinance
Notice is hereby given that the Forsyth
County Board of Commissioners will hold
a public hearing In order to consider com
prehensive modifications to Forsyth
County’s Adult Entertainment Ordinance,
at the Board's meeting on Monday,
February 16, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. in the
main conference room of the Forsyth
County Administration Building. The pur
pose of the public hearing shall be for
public review and comment concerning
proposed changes to the Forsyth County
Adult Entertainment Ordinance, which are
to include comprehensive revisions to the
ordinance, adoption of a permitting
scheme, fee schedule, zoning designa
tions for adult entertainment businesses,
setback requirements, employee back
ground checks and licensing, and
enforcement procedures. A copy of the
proposed ordinance is on file with the
clerk in the Forsyth County Administration
Building at 110 East Main Street,
Cumming, Georgia 30040. All Forsyth
County residents and any other affected
