Although the course emphasizes information and skills for people 50 years and older, it is helpful for drivers of all ages. There are no tests. The Windermere third annual 5K Road Race will be Saturday. April 17. at 8 a m. with a one mile Fun Run starting at 7:30 a m. Both races will begin at the Windermere Lodge off of Windermere Parkway in Cumming. The course will lead runners through the rolling hills of the communi ty. with scenic views of the Davis Love 111-designed golf course. Proceeds from the race will be donated to Daves Creek Elementary School in support of a school fundraiser benefiting Relay For Life. A 24-hour, community based event.
