Good Will hunting
Will Hamberlin, 12-year-old son of Laird and Katie Hamberlin of Cumming,
killed this 205-pound, 10-point buck by himself this past December on private
land. It was his first hunt since passing his hunter safety course. He shot it
from a ground blind at 80 yards with his .270. This is his second buck. His
first came two years ago —a 220-pound, eight-point that his father rattled in.

Speedway has decided to
have an early race because a
lot of other tracks are running
early, and Dixie is right
around the comer for us. The
track was in great shape for
the practice session, and I
know it will be in good shape
for the Spring Short Track
Championships."
