The Peachtree Ridge Players ... of Peachtree High School, 15555 Old Peachtree Rd., will present EPIC Proportions on March 25-27 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the door. This romantic comedy, set in the 19305, tells the story of two brothers, who go to the Arizona desert to be extras in the huge biblical epic Exeunt Omnes. Before you know it, one is directing the movie and the other is starring in it. Along the way there are gladi ator battles, the Ten Plagues and a cast of thousands, por trayed by four other actors. For information, call (678) 957-3100. I Senior Net Computer Classes enrollment is open for the spring quarter computer classes at the Roswell Recreation and Parks Department. Nine new classes start the week of March 29. Each student has a computer with high-speed Internet con nection and receives a detailed, illustrated manual and practice disk. Courses will be at the Senior Net computer lab at the Roswell Adult Recreation Center, 830 Grimes Bridge Rd. in Roswell. TheAARPTax Aide Program ... will offer free income tax service for low income and senior taxpayers. It will be at the Cumming Public Library on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through April 5. No appointment necessary, you just sign-in and taxpayers will be taken care of in order of arrival. It is necessary for all taxpayers using this free serv- ice to bring their Social Security card(s) along with last year’s tax returns. This will assist the Tax-Aide volun teers in properly completing this year’s returns. AARP Safe Driving Class ... will be Wednesday and Friday. March 31 and April 2, from 9 a.m. to I p.m. at the Deer Creek Shores Presby terian Church. Attendance for both days is required to receive the certificate. Although the course empha sizes information and skills for people 50 years and older, it is helpful for drivers of all ages. There are no tests. MOMS Club of Cumming SouthWest ... will host an Open House on April 13 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. The MOMS Club is an International nonprofit support group specifically for mothers who have chosen to stay home w ith their children. The club offers a variety of weekly activities for stay-at-home mothers and their children. The Windermere third annual 5K Road Race will be Saturday, April 17, at 8 a.m. with a one mile Fun Run start ing at 7:30 a.m. Both races will begin at the Windermere Lodge off of Windermere Parkway in Cumming. The course will lead runners through the rolling hills of the community, w ith scenic views of the Davis Love 111-designed golf course. Proceeds from the race will be donated to Daves Creek Elementary School in support of a school fundraiser benefiting Relay For Life. A 24-hour, commu nity-based event, Relay For Life was designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for the American Cancer Society.
