For A Cure ...Diabetes Research Education Awareness Mission will have a fund-raiser to ben efit the Emory University Center for Islet Transplantation. Islet Transplantation recipients are now producing their own insulin and are living injec tion-free. The fund-raising event will be a swim meet competition at Grand Cascades Swim Center on June 14 from 3-8 p.m. Swimmers from 10 Forsyth County swim teams will par ticipate and they are currently seeking sponsors to raise money for this cause, individ ual and business sponsorships are welcome.
