in that certain Construction Deed to
Secure Debt and Security Agreement
(hereinafter "Security Deed") from R.H.
Homes Development, LLC. to SunTrust
Bank dated January 18, 2007, recorded
January 22, 2007 in Deed Book 4606 at
Pages 238-249, Forsyth County, Georgia
Records, given to secure an indebted¬
ness as evidenced in that certain
Promissory Note dated January 18, 2007
in the original principal amount of
$1,142,200.00 (hereinafter “Note''), with
interest from said date at the rate stated
in said Note on the unpaid balances until
paid, there will be sold by the under¬
signed at public outcry to the highest bid- •
der for cash before the Courthouse at
Forsyth County, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale on the first Tuesday in
