hour supply. Supplies of types
O negative, A negative and B
negative are below a day*s
supply. The supply of type O
positive blood — the most
common and most needed
blood type — is down to just a
six-hour supply.

Restore Motherhood

free help with daily activities
such as help with getting their
children off to school, making
lunches, folding laundry and
other daily tasks. These ser¬
vices are meant to allow the
lives of chronically ill mothers
to be restored. If you are a
mother that has been diag¬
nosed with a chronic illness or
know a mother in our commu¬
nity that has a chronic illness
and could use services, or if
you would like to volunteer to
help chronically ill mothers in

Northside Hospital

Northside Hospital hosts com¬
munity blood drives at each of
its hospitals in Atlanta,
Forsyth and Cherokee. All
non-Northside employee
donors will be reimbursed for
the $3 deck fee (Atlanta only).
There will be free parking in
Forsyth and Cherokee courn
ties. Donors will each receive
a free Northside T-shirt.
Anyone who is healthy,
weighs at least 110 pounds
and is 17 or older can give
blood every 56 days. For more
