Janet Babcock
Janet Babcock, age 78, of Gumming
passed away Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011,
following an extended illness. She was
preceded in death by her husband,
Don Babcock; and daughter, Lavone
Reynolds.
Survivors include her children,
Kenneth McCollum, Beverly Dalton,
Stewart Babcock; grandchildren and
great-grandchildren also survive.

Raymond and
Cythina Campbell
Raymond and Cythina Campbell,
ages 55 and 53, of Jasper passed away
Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011. They were
members of Grace Baptist Church in
Ellijay.
Survivors include their children.
Trinity Abbott of Ellijay, Scott and
Sandra Campbell (expecting their first
son, Jacob) of Villa Rica; grandchil¬
dren, Eli, Israel, Phillip and Jeremiah
Abbott; Raymond’s three siblings;
Cythina’s mother, Veda McGinnis;
Cythina’s nine siblings; and a number
of other family and friends also sur¬
vive.
Funeral services will be held
Monday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m. at Ingram
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.
Phillip Trask officiating. Interment
will follow in Sawnee View Memorial
Gardens. The family will receive
friends at Ingram Funeral Home
Sunday, Feb. 13, from noon to 5 p.m.
and Monday, Feb. 14, from 10 a.m.
until hour of service.
The family will be establishing a
fund for the grandchildren at a later
date.

Marie Sneed
Marie Sneed, age 93, of Cumming
passed away Friday, Feb. 11, 2011.
She was a member of Friendship
Baptist Church. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Carl Sneed; and
son-in-law, James Gunter.
Survivors include her daughter,
Carolyn Gunter of Cumming; grand¬
children, David and Natalie Gunter of
Dawsonville, Becky and Virgil
Manning of Cumming; great-grand¬
children, Grant and Genna Gunter,
Riley and Joey Manning; sisters, Lois
Yarbrough of Cumming, Irene
Yarbrough of Fort Worth, Texas;
brothers and sister-in-law, Kenneth
and Gail Major of Waleska, Hurchel
Major of Cumming; and a number of
nieces, nephews and other relatives
also survive.
Funeral services will be held
Sunday, Feb. 13, at 3 p.m. at Ingram
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.
Ricky Byrd, the Rev. Bud Sutton, and
the Rev. Jonathan Kirby officiating.
Interment will follow in Sawnee View
