Outpatient
Counseling Program

Georgia counties,

Chestatee Regional

for patients suffering
from depression, loss
of independence, grief,
anxiety and other emo¬
tional stressors.

gram one to five days

Restore Motherhood
is a nonprofit group
that helps chronically

wide Safe Return pro¬

Alzheimer's disease
and related dementia.
The fee is $40. Given

who are frequently
reported as missing,
this program is a way
of increasing their pro¬
tection and safe
