Amicaiola Falls State Park and Lodge
Located just to the north of Forsvth in Dawson
County. Amicaiola Falls State Park and Lodge
offers breathtaking views of the tallest cascade in
the Southeast. Visitors have a range of choices
when it comes to viewing the falls, including an
easily-accessible pathway and a challenging trail
svith staircases. An 8.5-mile trail leads from-the
park to Springer Mountain, the southern end of
the famous 2.175-mile Appalachian Trail.
Numerous other trails provide shorter day hikes.

Six Flags Over Georgia
From coasters to concerts, Six Flags Over
Georgia has the ticket to summer family fun.
Located in Fulton County, just south of Forsyth,
the theme park offers some of the most thrilling
roller coasters in the Southeast, such as the Great
American Scream Machine and Batman: The
Ride. There are also rides families can enjoy
together, such as bumper cars, classic carousels
and sky buckets. The park’s entertainment is top
notch, ranging from this year’s iLuminate light
show to high-energy rock concerts. In between

Thrill rides such as the 90-foot free-fall
Chliffhanger, the turbulent Tornado, and the
250-foot triple drop of Dragon's Tail, are among
some of the craziest water rides in the Southeast.

Georgia Aquarium
The Georgia Aquarium is the worlds largest
with more than 8 million gallons of fresh and
