The Grand Jury was sworn in on No
vember 13, 2017, by the Honorable
Jeffrey S. Bagley, Chief Judge of the
~ Superior Court of this Circuit. The
- Grand Jury met once eachmonth dur
~ing the four-month term. The Grand
Jury hereby respectfully submits the
following general presentments to
the Superior Court with the recom
mendation, pursuant to O.C.G.A. sss

1. PRESENTAION OF INDICTMENTS
The District Attorney’s Office pre
sented 125 indictments with 135
defendants for consideration. The

At the November meeting, Greg
Allen, Clerk of Court, and Lynwood

nied by the District Attorney.
Lt. James Poe with the Sheriff’s Of
fice escorted the members, taking
them to the Lall via the covered
walkway. He showed the group the
master control room, inmate pods,
booking, intake and the first ap
pearance hearing room. The Grand
Jury thanks him for his time in
