Late lead slips away from Georgia
Bulldogs fall
61-60 to
Texas A&M
By George Henry

ATHENS — Tyler
Davis got just the ending
he wanted, even if it was
a little close for comfort..
“It just gets us prepared
for what’s to come,”
Davis said. “We’ve got
one more game and then
we have the SEC
Tournament, so we just
have to lock in and focus
on what’s ahead.”
T.J. Starks scored 15
points and hit the go

Texas A&M eke out a

Georgia on Wednesday

Schroder helps Hawks hold off Pacers comeback attempt
Atlanta
snaps 4-game
losing streak
By Charles Odum
The Associated Press
ATLANTA — The
Atlanta Hawks, with little
more on the line than
their spot near the top of
the next NBA draft, out
hustled an Indiana team
playing to improve its
position in the playoffs.
For Pacers coach Nate
McMillan, that’s not
acceptable.
Dennis Schroder scored
seven of Atlanta’s final
eight points to finish with
14, and the Hawks held
off a late Indiana come
back to beat the Pacers
107-102 on Wednesday
night.
“Once again, we got
out-worked tonight,”
