Favorite Stir Fry Recipes
I love a good stir fry.
They are quick, healthy,
delicious, and are a terrif
ic way to use up leftovers
withoiit anybody knowing
they are eating leftovers.
If youhaveagood .
Asian pantry (more on
that in a minute), you can
whip up a stir fry in min
_utes—if you have a rice
cooker, and I highly rec
ommend you get one if
you don’t already have
one, you can cook the stir
fry while the rice cooker
cooks your perfect rice.
Voila! Dinner is served.
You can also mix it up a
bit and use noodles
instead of rice. -
So, just what is this
Asian pantry I am refer
ring to? Everybody has a
bottle of soy sauce, right?
Well add to that a jar of
hoisin, oyster sauce, a
bottle of sriraha, tamari,
Chinese mustard, miso
paste, red and green
curry, rice vinegar, chili
garlic paste, sesame oil,
coconut milk, toasted ses
ame seeds, fish sauce,
mirin, and gogchujang.
I like to store my Asian
ingredients together in a
clear plastic container in
the back of the refrigera
