Ordered, the Diftrids for holding the Courts of Conlcicnce be as follows : The lower diftrid, called Augusta, be ;iuning at the Burke county line, and running up Savannah iver to Glover’s old plantation, then along the ridge lead ng from said plantation between the waters of Reed’s and *chee creeks, to the heads thereof, thence along laid road 0 the Sand Hill Old Mill, and along said road to where it iterfeds the Burke county line, the Court for which Dtflrid jail be held at Augusta, called the Kiokee diftrid. The Middle Diftrid lhall begin at the afoielaid plantation, mining up Savannah river to the mouth of Cagg creek, lence up said creek to the head thereof, and thence along ie ridge which divides the water# of Green, Brier, Gcrma ey’s creeks, and Kiokee, to Wilkes county line, the Court }be held at the Court House, on Little Kiokee, for said >iftrid. The Upper Diftrid, called Wrightfborough diftrid, (hall be in at the mouth of the aforefaid Cagg creek, thence running p Little river to the moutl) of Williams’s creek, thence up id creek to Wilkes county line, the Court for which Diftrid tall be held at the town of Wrightlbuiough.
