of Burke county, by virtneof a writ of
attachment to him directed, did attach a
traft of land in the aforefaid comity, lying>
on Lambert’s Big Creek, containing three
hundred acres, the property of Hugh Bell,
who is absent from and without the limits
of this slate, at the fuit' of James M‘Kee,
who hath, agreeable to the Attachment
Acf, filed his declaration in the Superior
Court, against the said Hugh Bell, and
hath obtained the following ruler
