Brigadier-General James Jackson having, by bis letter dated the ie h instant, withdrawn the several charges made against the Honor able James Gunn, Esquire, Colonel of the Chatham Regiment of Militia, and which had been made the foundation of an arrest, the Governor and Commander in Chief orders that the arrest be discharged.
