The above company under command of Capt W H Roy all,will leave to-morrow morning ( .Sunday; at 6 o’clock on the Central Railroad for Macon, where they will participate in the grand parade on Monday. The fare for the round trip is $4 and a large crowd will no doubt take advantage of the low rate and visit the Central city, A Good Showing. SAVED BY A LITTLE HEROINE, St Stephens Church Sunday school had a pic-nic at M mtgotnery on Tues day of this week and everyth ng went on pleasantly until late in the day some children got into a boat wi h the intention of having a little sail. In the boat was Sadie Warfield and some others. The boat was near the shore and Sad e was standing in tne sieru when a boy j >mp. d into the boat caus ing it to cirten and precipiiate her inio the water. Sadie had sunk twice, when Josephine Price about fourteen years of age heroically leaped into (he water and disappearing for a moment brought the drowning child, who is about the same tge, to the surface, when after s ine difficulty they were safely landed, Sadie in an un conscious state. The proper remedies were applied and she Was soon restoreu. A crowd of boys saw the accidmt hut none had the courage of brave little Josephine. Ail honor to the n< bie lit tle heroine.
