We regret to chronical the death
of Mrs. C istello which occurred on
Wednesday morning las. Mrs. Cas
tello has been ill for some time and
bore her sufferings with Christian
fortitude. She was buried from
St Philips church of which she was
a consistent member on Thursday
morning last.
/ Wm. Wingard a youth 15 years of
age shot and killed his step-father

ing last. Wingard says the ill
treatment of his mother by Thomas
was the cause. The coroner’s jury
verdict was premeditated murder.
The young man is in jail awaiting
trial.
