His speecli was very inspiring
and to the very important
point of the value of Scouting
to our boys.
Another highlight of the
evening was the presentation
of the Silver Beaver to Prof. R.
W. Gadsden, who might be
dubbed as the dean of Negro
Scouting in the Coastal Em¬
pire Council.
Aside from this presenta¬

Scout Statuettes to Scoutmas-
ter W. J. Fleming of St. Johns
Baptist church, and Cubmas-
ter S. L. White, Asbury Method
