ing. Those who have register
ed to vote for the first time
this year, are particularly urg
ed to be present.
One of the main things to
claim the attention of the vo¬
ters at this meeting will be the
attitude of the colored voters
of Chatham county on the
matter of Negro Democrats of
this section voting in the com¬
ing Democratic primaries that
will be held on Tuesday, July
4 th.
In view of the recent ruling
of the United States Supreme
Court. which outlawed white
primaries, this becomes a
issue for all Negro voters, es-
pecially those who are Demo-
