ORGANIZE
Dr. G. W. Goshea, Georgia’s
only N'tro Chiropractor, was
one of the seven local chiroprac¬
tors who met Tuesday evening
1 of this week to form the Chat¬
ham County Chiropractic So¬
ciety. Dr. Goshea was elect¬
ed to serve as secretary-trea¬
surer of the society.
The meeting was held at of¬
fice of Dr. E. H. Anderson and
further meetings will be held
monthly. The society was
formed for educational purposes
and to promote the interests,
of the profession.
Dr. Goshea’s office is locat¬
ed at 524 W. 39th street which
was first opened during No-'
vember, 1949.

The cornerstone laying of
Gate City Lodge of Elks in At¬
lanta was attended Sunday by
several Bills from Weldon
lodge. Exalted Ruler Hard-
rick, S. H. Booker and Ray¬
mond Hollcmon of the local
lodge took part in the ceremo¬
ny at which the principal ad¬
dress was delivered by Grand
Secretary James Kelly of Bir¬
mingham.
At the gathering in Atlanta
plans were consummated for
teie slate grand lodge which will
be held in Brunswick with
Pride of Brunswick lodge as the
host.
In addition to those mention¬
ed, local Bills who attended the

ATLANTA— (ANP) — Eight
more suits have been field by Ne¬
gro parents with county and city
school systems within the state
asking equal facilities for their
children, it was disclosed here Iasi
