The petition ot GRACE NEIDLINO-
BLACKBURN and CASPER
WISEMAN, hereinafter called the ap¬
plicants. brills this application before
the court for the granting of u charter
for a private corporation, and show
to the court the following facts.
1. They desire for themselves, their
associates and successors, to be Incor¬
porated under the name of "FRtFD-
MAN'S JEWELERS INC.. WAYCKOSS"
The principal office and olace of
business of said corporation shall
located in Chatham County, Georgia,
•with the privilege of establish ng
branch offices and places of business
in such other places as may be
mined.
2. The purpose and object of said
corporation is pecuniary gain and
profit to its shareholders. The
eral nature of the business to be trans¬
acted Is, and the corporate powers
sired, are:
A. To own. maintain and conduct
n general Jewelry business, to buy.
sell, exchange, manufacture, and oth¬
erwise deal in precious stoma, semi¬
precious stones, watches, clocks, Jew¬
elry and silverware, luggage and
leather goods, optical goods of every
nature and discription, incluling an
optometlcal department, china, elec¬
trical appliances, radios, furniture
and furnishings as welt as the repair¬
ing of any article or thing referred to
herein; nnd to carry on any business
which may seem to the company cap¬
able or being conveniently carried on
in connection with any of the above,
or calculated dlrectlv or indirectly to
render profit or enhance the value of
the company's property or rights for
the time being.
B. To rent, lease, hold, purchase,
mortage' and convey, both real" and
personal property.
4. Petitioners further desire that
said corporation be vested with all
the rights and powers now or here¬
after given, to do any and all things
which may he needful and proper in
the operation of the above described
business, and that said corporation
have all of the power enumerated in
Sections 22-1827, ct. seq., Ga. Code
Annn,, and such powers as may here¬
after be given by law,
5, The maximum number of shares
of stock shall be One thousand (1000)
shares of common stock or the par
Value of One hundred (*100.00) Dollars
per share, and One hundred (100)
shares of preferred stock of the par
value of One hundred ($100.00) Dollars
per share. The amount of capital with
which the corporation shall begin
business shall be Ten thousand (10,-
000..00) Dollars paid In, which may
he paid for by the subscribers thereto
in either cash or real or personal prop¬
erty of any nature or description, of
a value to be agreed upon between t.he
subscribers and the corporation. The
original issue shall be common
preferred stock with the privilege to
issue additional stock, either common
or preferred, and preferred stock, if
isued, having such righfs as shall bp
defined in a resolution of the stock¬
