weekly session Tuesday at First
Tabernficle Baptist
Rev E. G Lane, pastor. Devo-
tions were conducted by Rev. R.

The session was presided over
by Rev. J. c. McMillan .presi-
dent. Rev. R. Roper served as
secretary as the Rev. Bunn is
still confined at home.
Rev. L. L. Scott brought the
highlights of the Emancipation
Proelamation Association meet-
ing held Monday noon at
Bolton St. Baptist church which
points to tlie Emancipation
celebration in January. It was
announced that the first vice
president. Rev. J H. Martin, is

Nov. 7th to Nov. 14th, These

! Father Walsh is well known
through this city and these
Southern States. He has
preached missions in Savannah
, at the Cathedral and at Sacred
Heart.
: Father Walsh was born in
Brooklyn, the youngest of ten
children. He attended Ford-
ham university and entered the
Dominican Order in 1934 He
was ordained in 1934, and was

1935 to 1938 at Siena college.
From 1938 to the present time,
the guest missionary has been
preaching and lecturing in
practically all the States this
