Scout troop charter to the
church. Richard A. Moore is the
troop committee chairman.
Music will be furnished by the
men o{ Bethel directed by J.
B. Frazier. Featured soloist will
be F. C. Me Moore and Elmore
Toombs. The evening program
will feature musical renditions
by James Wiley and several se¬
lections by seme of Savannah’s
young instrumentalists. Roland
Glover will be the soloist.

Thankful Baptist church, Rev.
H. F. Grant, pastor. President

Devotions were conducted by

Daniels.
The Sunday school lesson
interpreted by Rev. Daniels and
current events were brought by
Revs. G. Carter. J. Bates, W
Daniels and L. Harden.
Rev. Bates reported on the
illness of Rev. R. Anderson.
Rev. J. C. McAllister and Rev. F.
Bonds.
The order of the day was a
sermon by Rev. P. H. Hunter
from the subject, “At Mid¬
night.” Rev. E. P. Quarterman
and Rev. Wm. Daniels assisted
in the pulpit services.
Rev. L. Harden will deliver
the sermon on next Tuesday
