MRS. BESSIE MAE BURKE
who departed this life
June 8, 1956
One year has gone, we
can’t forget.
We loved you then, we
love you yet.
When ever we think of
you,
It is the greatest sorrow
of our heart.
How we miss, hew we
mourn her,
How we long for her each
day,
Since she heard the call
from heaven,
Closed her eyes and went
away.
But our hearts and souls
gain comfort
In the thoughts of where
she dwells,
There is peace and rest
and beauty,
God is love and all is well.
June brings sad memories
Of our loved one gone to
rest.
You will never be forgotten
By the ones who loved you
best.
