Missionary society. A series of
financial efforts culminated in
the crowning of Miss Bessie

The queen’s revue netted
$1,497.53, which will be used to
meet budget requirements for
home and foreign missions, par¬

The major money-raising ef¬
fort for the winning queen was
an interracial tea, held annual¬
ly, and given at the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Foster.
