faculty was divided into small
groups that worked as seg¬
ments of the whole. One thing

During the four days eval¬
uation period, the committee
held conferences with the pa¬
rents, student body, and facul¬
ty members. Among some of
the fine points of the discuss¬
ions were: (1) i#ie functions of
the PTA and how well the
parents and teachers worked
together toward meeting the
needs of the students; (2) the
functioning of the school lunch
program; (3) the mental health
of the faculty members with
respect to voice modulation
and calmness when they are
