Wilmington, Delaware, where
he was graduated from Howard
High school. He received his

ty of Pennsylvania. He has
taught biological science Virginia! in'
Kentucky, Delaware.

at St. Augustine College for 24
years, and was acting head (re¬
cently) of the Department of
Biology at South Carolina State
College.
He was elected for a three
year term on the executive
council of the Diocese of North

and others.
He served as executive sec¬

church workers for 20 years

Interment was in Sunbury ce¬
metery, Dorchester, Ga.
Mr. Foster, a native Savan¬
nahian, was the son of the late
Frank and Julia Foster and
grandson of the late Mary and
Oliver Foster. His employment
wa s as orderly at St. Joseph'
and Warren Candler hospitals.’
Survivors are his wife, Mrs.
Erma Foster; one son, Felix!
