Mr. Foster, a native Savan¬ nahian, was the son of the late Frank and Julia Foster and grandson of the late Mary and Oliver Foster. His employment wa s as orderly at St. Joseph' and Warren Candler hospitals.’ Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Erma Foster; one son, Felix! Foster, Jr.; a sister, M!:s. Bea-1 tice F.
