Sympathy with Iho V. merit. , , June 8, 1861. gov or Tine Constitutional Amknumint.— The Milledgovillo Union, of yesterday the Provisional Governor of Georgia will submit to tho Legislature the views of the Government upon the adoption of the amendment to the constitution relative to slavery, and adds : We have seen already that the Presi dent has thought proper to retain in oificn the ProN isional Governors of Mississippi South Carolina and North Carolina; and thus it wiil bo in Georgia if the Legisla ture doe* not promptly adopt the consti tutional amendment. Wo presume no man in Georgia expects to own n negro while ho livoft, and certainly no one ever Xp6Cla to get back tho negroes lm once wiumI; then why not adopt tho eonstitu* tional amendment?
