There is another horse stouling case on the dockot. Soldiers in Girard.—Wo are informed tint a squad of Federal troops have been lent over to Girard nnd have been on duty there for several days. It is surmised that this step has been taken because of some objectionable conduct by tho militia or pitrol forco of Bussell county towards the freed men. Caleb Cushing afterward mudu the solicitations, but Mr. A. then denied all knowledge of their custody. Atrj. Clement C.
