faith by thoir votes are not very part nl

Col. F. G. Wilkins, Gen 11. L Henning.
Major A. M. Allen and Judge John Quin.

This gentleman, who has bo nobly il
lustrated Georgia on the battle Held and
in the halls of Congress, and whom liis
native State has so highly honored, and
who so signally has proved that ho de

ing thanks for the fluttoiing greeting. Ho
briefly traced the history of parties from the
formation of the government, and showed

The people of the South had to borrow
money, after the war closed, to carry m

row. They must got it from the 2,500
corporations, and those corporations have
it in their power to withhold money when
