Thu officers of Eufaula were mere instruments in guarding a severely wounded man to that plaee. Tbia negro ia accused, with strong reason, u being the one who murdered a obieken peddler over the river; of murdering Mr. Well born, of Entente, and of robbing Mr. Aleok.
