Last night, under the green arches and bright lamps of the Rankin Skating Hall, was gathered a fair assemblage of lovely women and generous gentlemen. The Catholie Fair grows in popularity. The largest number yet aaambled attended last evening. We are in favor of admitting ladies to the bar. They make magnificent special pleaders, and can draw the last five cents from a teller's pocket. If you have any money or oredit they are bound to have it, and the begging is done in snoh a sweet, winning manner, that you are really thankful to get rid of your superfluous cash. It's a funny, and at the asms time a delicious Bensation to be thus be guiled out of your hard earned oash, but its exhilarating, worth living for, and you're giving your money to a good oauae. The Fair nightly adds to its attractions. It is a charming place to while away pleas ant hours. Something fresh and novel is always springing up. All should go and help on the good work.
