Lot A liavinga north line on Rosemont Avenue of ICO feet, an east line ou Cook Avenue of 260 feet, a south line on Magnolia Avenue of 100 feet, a west line of 25U feet, adjoining lots B. C :uid D. Lots B aud C having a front on the Hamilton road S3 i 3 feet, and ex tending back 100 feet, to lot A, all nthcGaboury survey," for the pur pose of securing the jiaymentof a certain promissory note for the sum of 81 ,333 33, made by tho Rev C P Gabourv on the 7th of March, 18.s3.wi1h interest at S per cent per annum from date, and payable to D N Gibs< a: and J A Gnboury, or bearer, and due two years after date, which said note is the prop erty of,the estiito of D X (libsou, de ceased, nnd which the said Bov C P Gnboury refuses to pay. It is, therefore, ordered that tho said Rev C P Gaboury pay into this court, on or before the next term thereof, the principal and interest due on said note, aud the cost of this suit, or in default thereof, tho court will proceed as justice shall appertain. And it is further ordered that this rule be published in the Empoiror- Sun, a newspaper published in the county of Muscogee, once a month for four months, or served on the said llev C P Gabourv, or his special agent or attorney, throe months previous to the next term of this court.
