THERE is perhaps no medicsl obs erva t lo n bet ler established. none more generally confirmee by the experience of the best physicians of all aget and countries and nene of more importance to the practitioner.than the fact,that many of the most diffi colt ami incurable complaints originate in neglectc ed cohts. In a climate as variable as <> urs>w here the changes of the weather are frequently sudden am' unexpected, it requires more care and attention, guard against this subtle and dangerous enemy ot ite. Mian nost people imagine, or are able and willing to hestow.
