the limits therein defined, may be fined in a sum
not exceeding fifty dollars. • .
Sec. 3. Andie it further ordained; Pbat, that
portion of the Ordinance passed on the 32c ot
April last, which prohibits the erection ol certain
buildings cf wood beyond the limits defined in the
first section of this Ordinance, be and the same is
