Concerning this office a most rigid Title of insurance operations thus writes: "None of our life companies are making better progress in well J °Xhe dividend of return premiums declared in 1865 was from 44 to 120 per cent., according to age. iVe desire to insert here the illustration ot the work-, tng of :he nou-forfeiture plsn of this office, as applied to the teu year premium paying policy. TEN TEAR NON-FORFEITURE PLAN. By this table a party after the second year cannot forfeit any part of what has beenpaidin. Thus, if one insuring by this plan for $10,000 discontinues after the second year, he is entitled to a paid up policy, ac cording to the number of years paid in, viz: Second year, two-tenths of $10,000 [amount in sured], amounting to $2,000, with dividend on same lor life. - • Third year, three-tenths of $10,000 [amount in sured], amounting to $3,000, with dividend on same Fourth year, four-tenths of $10,000 [amount in sured], amounting to $4,OIK), with dividend on same for life. ’ ... ,, Fifth rear, five-tenths of $10,000 [amount insured], amounting to $5,000, with dividend on same for lift*. . .. And so on, until the tenth annual payment, when all js paid, and dividends still continue during the life time of the assured.
