Philadelphia, July 20, 1866. Flour.—The market baa been very dull during the past week, mid prices have declined 50c@$l per bbL, there being little or no demand lor shipment. About 4,000 bbls. sold in lots mostly to the retailers and ba kers, at prices ranging from $7 50(^8 25 per bbL for superfine; $8 50®9 25 for extra; $10(^11 for low grade an 1 good northwest extra laniily; $ll(a’12 for Penn sylvania and Ohio family, and i3(i$15 per bbl. for fancy brands, according to quality. In Com Meal there is nothing doing. We quote Pennsylvania Meal at $4 25 per bbl. The receipts and stocks of Flour, as we have noticed for some time past continue light, but fully equal to the demand, and most holders are free sell- j ers within the above range of prices. The receipts | to-uav are as follows: 850 bbls. Flour; 5,900 bushels Wheat; 5,075 bushels Corn and 4,200 bushels Oats. Grain.—Corn is dull and rather lower, with sales of 15,000 bushels prime yellow at 93@96 cents, and 30,000 bushels Western mixed at 90@92 cents per bushel. Oats are without change; 39,000 bushel* Western bold at 50®53 cents, 5,000 do. Pennsylvania at 62(g>65 cents, and small lots of Delaware at 63@65 cents per bushel.
