this morning
Cholera Bitters.—Mr. L. McSorley, the well
known grocer, corner of Whitaker street and Brough
ton street lane, has received an invoice of Cholera Bit~
tern, of French preparation, which are repated to pos
ses extraordinary efficiency in the cure of choleraic
diseases, aeft are also very palatable in merely appres-
ing drinka. We are indebted to him for a liberal aam-
jHe, which we recommend for anle-prandial purposes,
and although we were never afflicted with the cholera,
judge It may be good as a preventative or cure /
disease. —
Savannah Mutual Loan Association.—The month
ly meeting of the Savannah Mutual Loan Association,
held at the Exchange last evening, waa well attended
by the members. Bidding was lively, and stocks and
money brought fair prices. Five shares of stock
brought $30 25, and six thousand dollars sold at $49
@$50.
Stlvan SnoRE.'—From a letter recced by (
Claghora it «umiugham. th«i Jgspt* )n this lc*f r tc(
yesterday, we learn that the negro who waa attacked
with cholera on board the Sylvan Shore, died on Sun
day morning. There is no more sickness on beard of
tha boat, and the passengers are all in good spirits,
