As much interest 1b felt throughout the coxintry ii£
regard to the prospects of the ootton and other crops
we will be grateful to our planting friends and others
n the interior for information on that subject. Thoae
who have opportunities for obtaining valuable infer-

of the-free-labor system, and kindred-matters, of gen
eral interest, will confer a favor by communicating
the same to us. .

The sagacious arid usually qdick arid far-

strangely enough been exceedingly remiss in
their efforts to secure these cottons. Not so

I learned that throughout the vast country
represented by the Chattahoochee active
agents from New Orleans houses have en

landings,- and even from Columbus to New
Orleans for, iftyink, ty ii tbtee dokars or

of Ihi9 cotton Uncontrolled, by timely atten
